"For what its worth, I've been a pleased shared-server and co-located server client of Site5 for more than three years. I've always found them to be prompt and attentive to my needs.

Frankly I don't care if initial setup takes a day or two or three or five for that matter - who moves a "business" on the spur of the moment from one hosting service to another without having satisfactory arrangements in place before hand?"

    Site5 and its clients privacy
Reviewer: Anonymous       12-21-2005
Wow, it's really hard to find a good webhosting company. I've been reading reviews of Site5. Some positive, some negative. I decided to give them a try and was part way through the sign-up procedure when I got to the terms of service thing. It includes this bit:

"Client agrees that Site5 may refer to Client,or Client's business in Site5 marketing materials, the Site5 website, and communication to Site5's current and prospective clients. "

What? I'm not going to sign up with some company that gives themselves the right to use my name in their marketing materials or elsewhere; that strikes me as being unreasonable and a violation of my privacy. I can see asking a customer "do you mind if we use your name...?" but that would involve respecting the customer's answer.

So, hmm. I didn't sign up with Site5 after all. Thought I'd post this bit of infor for others who may be considering this company.

    Site5 AMAZING!
Reviewer: tdot       12-22-2005
OK, I started off at ipowerweb last year, and have been thoroughly disappointed with them. OVERALL, they are an all right company, HOWEVER there customer service is HELLA awful. You literally wait 20min. on the phone for support no matter which department---tech, billing, sales, whatever, just awful. Online service is disgusting, especially at night when Cindy and Diana come on. Mind you, I never remember names with chat people, but these too are so awful and DUMB to the point where--forget about being dropped on their head, it seems like they were THROWN into a wall head first. I can never get a problem resolved with either of those two, and they are the ONLY ones online at night....I wonder why. Then, ipowerweb runs your cron jobs. You can only set up one, and then you have to ask them to set up anyone after that. But the WORST part about them of all, is they limit your database max transfer to 50,000 per hour. To be honest, that is the only reason I left. The other things just helped me along. I don't use help from them that much, but it is a matter of when I do, it is a disgusting experience. But they are relatively nice though....I guess. Just pray Cindy or Diana don't help you. HA!!

So I went to ixwebhosting for 2 days. Then I realized how they set up their shared SSL where the warning sign will pop up when someone enters your protected area. I didn't like that, and that is the only reason I left them. But I will say this above all about ixwebhosting. For the past month I've been testing out customer service among 9 sites, and their customer service is THE BEST I've EVER seen. And that includes none internet stuff as well. It actually seems like they have their online thing fully staffed. I've never waited more than 1min. literally for someone to come on and help or answer a technical question----I was feeding them tech problems from my past just to see if they would be able to answer. And you know how sometimes the online guys would tell you to email in the problem, or you take it upon yourself to call in the problem....never once did that happen with them. GREAT PLAN and GREAT SUPPORT. I'm sad I had to leave them.

So after the two day stay at ixwebhosting I landed myself at Site5. (Honestly, I'm only here because lunarpages doesn't allow php on there shared SSL.) But WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely LOVE there control panel/dashboard setup!!!!!! I have never seen an admin set up so beautifully done--crafted--organized--ergonomic--and FULLY featured. That is all I have to say about them, the control panel just shocked me that I had to come here and say this about them, since I found them here at the VERY last minute of decision making. I will be back in 1-2 months just to update on their overall service. I know from now, that I will not like their support because EVERYTHING has to be done through email---no phone or chat. Although, a minute before I got here I saw they have a forum, so I'll see how that is. It took them 1 hour to reply to a tech email I sent to them right after I signed on. Luckily for me, I'll only probobly(hopefully) only need them the first week or two just to get everything set up right.

    Horrible Support
Reviewer: guru_ck       12-22-2005
I had my plan switched to one of their "multi site" accounts. They informed me that my site would have to be moved a new server. Well 15 days and numerous support tickets later it still hasn't happened. They keep telling me "oh your at the top of the list" or "we've had allot of plan change requests lately". It's been way to long and it's not acceptable.

So who wants a new customer?

Reviewer: MrGuy       02-13-2006
I started hosting with Site5 over 4 years ago. In the beginning, things were great!

However, over the last six months, their focus has been on getting more customers and releasing buggy software. Server loads and email delays are a constant problem now. I've already moved most my accounts else where and would not recommend using Site 5 if you really depend on your site to survive.

I was shocked to find that my provider, Site5 took my site offline without any advance warning or notice that they perceived a problem with my site's operation.

I emailed them and asked them to turn it back on so I could investigate. Took 4 hours. I found nothing unusual.

They suspended the account again the day after, again with no notice. Same request to reinstate, reinvestigated, nothing found that would account for their concerns.

Things ran fine for 4 days, then mysteriously I was suspended again. And without notice. I've contacted a lawyer, and rapidly switched providers due to their conduct.

I can't be ambushed by a company that won't take phone calls and has no quantifiable measurement system for deciding when to take a website offline.

These guys suck - arrogance, attitude and poor explanations. Stay away from Site5.

Billing department is more than California laid back and same unresolved issues over and over - high server loads, email problems, stats not being updated.

This is one of the worst web hosting companies I have experienced.
Reviewer: Terry       02-13-2006
This is one of the worst web hosting companies I have experienced. They hijacked all of my company's emails for four full days, either answering trouble ticket requests after multi-hour delays with inept responses (such as asking me to repeat the problem again) or not answering my ticket requests at all after more than their promised 24 hour turn-around. They refused to simply forward all of our email messages to us in the meantime, costing our company thousands of dollars. They promised to call directly to handle the issues on several occassions, then never called. There is NO way to reach them by phone - other than through their sales staff, who mysteriously closes during the supposed open hours. My guess is that they're a tiny company that has grown too big to handle their service needs, and now either has hired completed inexperienced people (not enough) or outsources service to an incompetent provider. And they refuse to take any accountability or learn from their experience. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Or better yet, don't use at all.

I have been a customer of Site5 since the end of June 2005.
Reviewer: Ryan       02-13-2006
I have been a customer of Site5 since the end of June 2005. My plan (Horsepower) includes 3GB disk space and 50GB bandwidth (although it appears as if my bandwidth is not being metered). I can host a total of 6 domains from 1 account (1 main plus 5 pointers). If I had my decision to make all over again, I would not choose Site5 again, however some people may find them to be suitable for their needs.

I believe their strengths are:
+ good pricing (for space/bandwidth)
+ quick response from support staff
+ fairly full featured

I believe their weaknesses are:
- many inexperienced support staff (not all are inexperienced)
- unable to resolve some issue (see below)
- Reliability (see below)

Most of my complaints fall under two categories. One is with their inability to keep my IP address off of SPAM blacklists. Other customers sharing the same IP as me send out SPAM, then large companies like AOL (and other smaller companies too) will block the IP address. They normally get the blacklisting resolved within a day (or two), but it happens frequently. So if you want to be able to reliably send email, you may not want to use Site5. I should note that they claim repeatedly that they are working on a permanent fix to this problem, but who knows when or if that will happen.

The other problem I've had deals with the tech staff's generally inexperience with SSL certificates. In theory, we should be able to use the shared SSL certificates for IMAP & SMTP access. And indeed I can, except they haven't installed the certificate correctly, so you have to manually download and install the root certificate (a Comodo cert), so that your MUA doesn't yell at you everytime that the certificate is signed by an unknown authority. This shouldn't be necessary. I have gone around and around with their support staff on this issue, before I finally gave up, and manually installed the Comodo cert. They claim that it is installed correctly, and this is the way it has always worked... but this is NOT true, since it WAS correctly installed for the first 2 months I was a customer. When they did some upgrading, they got it all out of whack, and they are unable to get it fixed now.

I've had several other support issues, that are normally resolved fairly quickly, but often you have to have an email exchange 3 or 4 times before they get it right, which is more time than I'd like to spend to have them get things right. For example, they keep screwing up my SSH access. With enough complaints, they get it restored... but I grow tired of having to open tickets with them. All these issues lead to me giving them a 3 for Reliability. If you consider Reliability to only pertain to "uptime", then I'd give them a 4, or maybe a 5.

I'd say if you are primarily looking for a web hosting, and you aren't too concerned with email, then Site5 may be a good value for you. Otherwise, I'd keep looking. My 2nd choice was HostGator, which I will look into again after my Site5 contract is expired. My main concern with HostGator is that I don't think they offer shell access, which is a major plus for my needs.

tI do not if this site was going to be good because I never received enough support to set it up. Never sent the password to my email address, called them up 4 times, emailed them once and they replied with 2 automated responses that didn't help me out. I do not know if other people are just posting here to suck up but a site can't start off on this bad off a foot. I just called them to retrieve a refund and still no one has answered.     I've been posting my review of site5.com's incredible hosting everywhere
Reviewer: CMilne       02-16-2006
Hi folks,

I've been posting my review of site5.com's incredible hosting everywhere, but I thought, where better than the vBulletin forums, since I have only really used vBulletin on my site5.com account.

I currently have site5's special offer reseller package * with cpanel / WHM * and I must say, it is well worth every cent. The speeds are great, they have very nice servers, fast connections, I have noticed NO downtime in the 1 month I have been with them.

Their support is to die for, I had a 15 MB vBulletin database that I couldn't import properly * since I am Australia, upload takes too long, times out *, I uploaded the file to my web root, sent an E-Mail to support asking them to do it, 20 minutes later after quickly and easily confirming my identity * giving them the last few digits of the credit card number on the account * they had it done.

I would reccomend site5's hosting solutions to everyone in need of vbulletin hosting, my forums are fast and effective and I believe I have SSH access, not sure though * haven't really had a chance to check it out yet *

Definately reccomend it! ( my site hosted with them is http://sgatalk.com )

I am not saying Site5 is all bad.
Reviewer: Corpav8r       02-16-2006
I am not saying Site5 is all bad. I am just relaying my experience with them over the past month. With the exception of support issues, I absolutely love Site5. I sincerely hope they can fix the problem because I truly do not want to leave.
And the full review:
I moved my sites to Site5 on August 11, 2005 after a large amount of research. My webhost wish list was as follows (not in any particular order):

- U.S. based company
- Phone tech support
- Good support response times
- Ability to add multiple domains
- Multiple MySQL databases
- Less than $10 per month
- Space and Bandwidth not a big issue, but wanted room to grow (500meg space and 1Gig bandwidth would be more than enough to start)

Site5 seemed to fit the bill perfectly, offering everything I could need or want. The features and admin panel are awesome! The user forum is an invaluable resource and a wealth of information and help.

They offer a discount if you sign up using Firefox, a 60-day money back guarantee, and they will pay off up to $50 of your current contract. What an incentive!

My uptime has been better than 99.9%.

Now for my complaints:

Their support is not as advertised...in fact it is horrible!!!!! Let me clarify. The support is good when and if you can get a response.

There is no phone support. It dumps you into a voice mail that promises a reply within 1 business day. However, by their own admission, they have gone to all email support. I haven't seen the live chat feature work yet either.

They advertise a 15-minute average response time for emails, which I have yet to see. The response time to my pre-sales questions should have tipped me off - average response time was 114.8 minutes per question.

I have submitted a total of 7 tickets over the past month (3 for one problem - some minor bugs in their software). My average response times were as follows (in order): 114.8 min, 7.1 min, 22.9 min, 337.9 min, 625.9 min, and 48.6 min. Again these are averages. The wait between responses is often longer. I once waited for 3 days!!! They always apologize for the delay and blame it on their growth rate. They promise it will get better, but I wonder.

I currently have one ticket that has been open for over 9 hours and I am still waiting for a response. The irony is that my current ticket is requesting an upgrade that will provide them additional income, but they won't respond. .

In summary, Site5 is a great choice as long as you don't have any questions or need support. I know that sounds contradictory, but for the most part, everything works as expected. Just plan on waiting at least a day for a response if you need any help.

I am seriously considering cancelling my plan before my 60 days are up. I really hate to do this because I really love the features, the control panel and the user forum. The company has such huge potential, but I want to know that, when I do have a problem, that it can be solved without wasting hours (or days) of productivity.

I want to express how sincere site5’s support engineers are.

" I want to express how sincere site5’s support engineers are. Last night, after reading a forum post about how vulnerable my outdated phpbb was, I decided to update it to the newest version. I’ve always had problems with updating web software and this time was no different. The first attempt, I manually updated my board, but something messed up and I couldn’t log in with different templates, I effectively blocked out my admin access as well as others. Going into panic mode, I emailed tech support at site5 and Beau helped me restore my DB as well as my directory.

Then fast forward about an hour. I was poking around and found that I could automatically update using fantasico. So I clicked update and got the successful confirmation message. But alas, I got blocked out from my admin access. I am very bad at updating web software. So I sent an email at night with my details again, but it was late at night already (about midnight) and I had to get up early for work (6AM). So I sent an email to tech support and asked for them to restore my DB and dir. When I woke up, Vince replied back and was able to solve my problem and now I have an updated board.

I’m happy that site5 was able to respond to all my queries within 15 mins! Excellent work, if I wasn’t for them, I would have had to start my board from scratch (like I did last time, not knowing how to backup). " - Jay03

" I have a reseller account with Site5 and I found their service to be faster than my other hosting company. On the couple of occassions on which I emailed them, the response time was within 2 hours or less.

I don't really keep a tab on how their servers are up, but the only problem I have had is that ftp access was unavailable for a short 10 minute intervals on a couple of days. Other than that, the service has been great.

I guess if you were looking at something better than cheap hosting, with more reliability, Site5 is great. I've been with them for only 8 weeks though. " - Player9

" Here's my review as a not yet paid customer of site5. Billing gave me time to wait for a new card to be delivered hopefully this week. I just hope it will arrive on time or else im dead or ask for 3 days extension so without further ado this is my review.

Server uptime and performance - Very good. for the past week that im trying to set up my website i never experienced any downtime, lag or what so ever that we people whine about our host. I can connect to WHM/Cpanel faster than accessing google. the server response is fast that I almost think im on a dsl but in reality im on a dial up.

Support - Excellent! I had a problem on my subdomains and ask support why the subdomain kept on redirecting to the main website and they gave me a ticket ( autoresponce) after 3 sticks of cigarettes ( 8 minutes ) support replied and they told me what I did wrong and how to fix it. I havent tried to ask for help on a weekend and im not planning to because I always do the works when I know help is nearby.

Billing - Very Good! as I have said, they gave me extension so I can pay my monthly due and that alone you cant find on any other hosts. But as I have said if my card company didint deliver it on time im dead. I just hope they give me another 3 days extension or allow me to pay them via western union.

Thats it for now. english is not my first laguage so please bear with my wrong grammar and stuff. " - Ed

" I've been a site5 customer since April and I can't really find anything bad to say about them - which is a big switch from what I'm used to with hosts.

NetAdmin is their branded cPanel and I personally love it. It's much more organized than the default cPanel skins. Since I am actually signed up for their MultiSite account, I also have (quite) limited access to WHM. By limited I mean I can create, modify, change passwords on, and delete accounts - which is actually all the functionality I need. " - P-nut

They offer FAST customer service. My previous host had rude, slow, and ineffective tech support. In comparison, I sent site5 a non-critical support ticket at 2am EST and received a reply less than 20 minutes later.
They have reasonable prices. Shared hosting plans range from $6.95-$16.95 monthly. And they offer generous features. There's too many to list here, and lots of useful pre-installed Perl scripts.

I used Site 5 for about 3 years. After my first year, I signed up with InternetSeer. I nearly puked! I received nearly DAILY reports of outages, lasting from a few minutes to several hours for my site. When I contacted them, they said they would give me a refund if I could prove the outages. I sent my InternetSeer reports, and they said that wasn't proof! They also have high fees for what you get. If you want to pay that kind of money, use Yahoo Web Hosting. At least they have nearly 100% uptime. Avoid them. I use PowWeb now, and I am very happy.

Call them up now ( heres free advertising: 1-888-748-3526). They sent my confirmation email to another address or didnt send it at all. Even if I wrote in the wrong address I have called and emailed them about the issue over the course of 11 days and have received only automated messages saying theyll get back to me. Reviewer: James       04-03-2006
This company over charged us, tried to work with them had the worst responce, they play the trick of having several people contact you only to ask the same questions over and over. The phone # I found leads to now here and the answer sevice is never checked. I know this sounds nuts but I have spoken to a rep who asked not to be ID, told me all of this. I went away for a business trip, first my site was down, then email wouldn't work this spoiled the trip and the contract I was tring to bounce back and forth with the VP. For me the final straw was when I was not able so send emails but I could retreive them. They kept sending me emails asking me to send passwords and other info. It's like getting a vhs tape to install your VCR. The company use to be great, I don't know what happen but it's worthless now. I'm planing on contacting BBB first thing in the morning and if it's worth the time I'll take them to court. Find someone else, really. I'm a CEO that has better things to do then write a review but this seemed to be the right thing to do. James

It's a great hosting, very fast, hosting packages are unbeatable, take my word for it, i been hosted with so many companies before, and i probably stay with site5 whenever i am still hosting my domain.

site5 have many servers. some are very reliable and have server load less than 1 even during rush hour. but some servers experience heavy load. you can ask to change your server if your server is slow.

Site5 has the best customer support
Reviewer: Thien Hoang       04-03-2006
Before purchasing a reseller package from Site5, I had a few chats with their webhost that went quite well. They are friendly and very helpful. So I bought a package that night.

The features that Site5 gives its users really beat other hosts by a mile. I love their my.site5 member area. It's easy to use.

Their server has never gone down yet since I've been with them. The speed is pretty fast.

Customer support is fast. I opened a support ticket and got a reply within 30 minutes.

Excellent account management system, good prices.
Reviewer: Pat Andrew       04-03-2006
If you are looking for a host that delivers, Site5 is definately it. For the price, the storage and bandwidth you get is unbelievable. The speed is decent, but it could be a little faster. I've only had one downtime since i've been with them, which was a dns server issue so all site5 sites were down for a few hours, although they were speedy in figuring out the problem and everything has gone smoothly since.

Thier support forum is excellent as well, and you can get help with questions or problems almost immediately. Overall I would definately check out this host if you are looking, its absolutely amazing.

    Site5 Support Staff
Reviewer: Jason       04-03-2006
I want to express how sincere site5’s support engineers are.

    An okay budget host
Reviewer: Rob K.       04-03-2006
Site5 is definately a good budget host. Keyword: budget. They are "good enough" for most people and for most personal sites, but I would not rely on them for an important site.

They do have a quick tech support turn around time, (less than 24 hours), but they aren't always the most helpful.

They're cheap and you do get a lot of features and space/bw, so I would consider them. If you're looking for a budget host, then they are pretty good.

I had a lot of problems transfering my sites over and they wouldn't help me either. You'll find the most help from their forums.

    Great Hosting Site!
Reviewer: Darshil       04-03-2006
Hello,

Site5 - The name is famous amongst all the GREAT hosting companies in the market...They have been a great host for my friend and me! It was originally purchased by my friend and I was sharing it!

What can you say? The GREAT new features known as FlashBack is a great help...Now we are not really worried about backing up our Database as we have flash back! I know no other GREAT hosting site like site5 which has this feature.

Besides that, they have a blazing speed...After testing...Our site offers a 1.61s loading speed! This is one of the strong points of Site5. Another great feature is Customer Support. Though sometimes they may take time to respond to your mail...however, when they reply, they give you a perfect response which will 99% lead to the solution of your problem!

I haven't as of yet witnessed any amount of downtime. My friend plans to continue with site5.com!

Thank You.

" Greetings everyone!
I have just completed the transfer from my old host to Site5 on their "superhosting multi-site" plan.

My website is a community with a reasonable amount of traffic on a day to day basis (around 1500 uniques) so I felt it was time to move to a larger plan that could offer more facilities to improve the experience to my sites users.

Site5 have decent support, I have been in the live chat about a dozen times now and they always respond promptly, friendly and answer my questions without hesitation. I have also used their support ticket service and I recieved a reply within abou 5 minutes with the answer to my query.

I decided to order a plan through them several days ago, the order was actually processed about 18 hours later (didn't really bother me but I did question the sales staff about the length of time it takes to setup an account) low and behold my account was activated shortly and I was given FREE hosting for that month to compensate for any inconvience caused. Thumbs up there.

The features site5 have are great, multi-site is easy to use and the netadmin is superb, alot of great tools and it loads alot faster than my old ensim cp I used. Haven't ran into any real problems yet. Importing the database did have it's hiccups, but the site5 technicans were quick to enable SSH on my server for a smooth transfer.

Now my site is back online again (DNS change might still affect some users) but the speed is noticable, it's ALOT faster compared to how it was before. I'm happy with my short stay with site5 so far and hope this continues. " - Maxo

I'd say go for it, becuase you won't be sorry. " - Webpros

" - P-nut

" - Ed

" - Player9

site5 is intresting and been stable from 3 months of my adventure with them but nova days stuff gets a bit messy:
- last week twice i noticed mysql down (while browsing a site, not developing, so its been prapable more often)
- awstats dont work on my server, its down since start of the month.
- bandwith monitor in whm been not working for a week (its ok now.)
- load on "my box" sometimes jumps to 10, dynamic sites slows down.

My ticket concerning awstats is not solved since 3 days (#ILR-94472-364), next one that i have open is not solved since 18 h (#ANW-60878-826). " -

Hey, I just want to recommend Site5.com to everyone looking for awesome hosting and support for a low price.
Reviewer: Saro       04-03-2006
" Hey, I just want to recommend Site5.com to everyone looking for awesome hosting and support for a low price. I had signed up two weeks ago and enjoyed GREAT service, but unfortunately, I had to cancel them because I was using more bandwith than I expected to, which was a shame because the guys at Site5 rocked. I had gotten the Horsepower Redline plan (6GB space, 90GB bw, 12 domain pointers, 12.95$/m) and it was perfect for me until I realized my site grew in popularity tremendously the past few weeks, and there was no way I could know this beforehand because the folks over at Carpathia (old ProHosters) are jerks. More of this in a bit.
I recall that when I was signing up for Site5, I got an immediate answer by the Sales representant every time I shot a question at them. And each time I requested a change to my account (e.g. enable SSH access, usage of 'wget') the support staff did it right away without any delays. And I have to say, cancelling my account was a breeze too; no problems whatsoever. The staff at Site5 were nice enough to do this for me as they understood my little dilemma.

The control panel they have customized (CPanel, renamed to NetAdmin) is extremely easy to use and straight-forward. Anyone who's a beginner to setting up websites will have a fun time configuring his/her account. If ever you require assistance, the support staff will be there for you, 24/7.

Finally, the server I was on was rock-solid stable and pretty damn fast. My visitors noticed a huge increase in speed when I switched over to Site5. All I can say is that I will really miss this host, as I have now ventured off to the dedicated server world at LayeredTech. I'll post my review of them in a month or two of usage. It's kind of scary moving to a dedicated server for the first time (especially unmanaged). We'll see how this goes.

Oh yeah, can't forget about ProHosters. These guys were the first host I had signed up to 2-3 years ago, July 2002. At the time, they offered the Starter Package: 60$ USD a year got you 500MB of space, single domain name support and "unmetered bandwidth".

For the first year, ProHosters was great. The second year, however, things went a bit sour. I ran out of space, so I went ahead and purchased a second starter package. Halfway through my second year, I started to use a bit more bandwidth than they permitted. I then understood what the term "unmetered bandwidth" really meant. I don't blame them at all for this problem, so I stopped serving videos to comply with their rules.

But things just got worse. They recently got acquired by Carpathia Hosting. Their server where my account was hosted on at the time was just awfully slow. Visitors complained quite a bit. Then one day, out of nowhere, they cut off my MySQL access stating "your site is very server intensive, please upgrade to another plan" just like that. Is it my fault if they overload their servers with customers? All I was doing was running PPHLogger!

Finally, last April (the 20th) they emailed me asking me to upgrade right away as my account seemed to have expired some time ago (they didn't bother to mail me an invoice). They said "Your account will expire April 30th. Please choose another plan if you wish to keep your site with us." I decided to upgrade to a better plan with them, but after looking around for another possible alternative, Carpathia was a joke. I emailed asking Carpathia if they could tell me how much bandwith my site was using, but they just ignored my emails. I didn't want to put up with their overpriced crap anymore, so I moved to Site5... but much to my dismay, if I were to know how much bandwith I was using, I wouldn't have experienced the second downtime of my site in two weeks resulting me in losing revenue... *sigh*

Conclusion: if you need an AWESOME host, go with Site5. You will NOT regret it. These guys love their job and what they do. Ignore Carpathia (just like they ignored my emails).

Coming soon: LayeredTech review (so far so good).

That's all folks! " - Saro

I've been posting my review of site5.com's incredible hosting everywhere

Hi folks,
I've been posting my review of site5.com's incredible hosting everywhere, but I thought, where better than the vBulletin forums, since I have only really used vBulletin on my site5.com account.

For reseller account they state you will have 3 dedicated IP but actually they give you 1 only.
When I asked for 2nd - they requested some payment for that !!!
